How we handle personal data.

This policy applies to wiztechgroup.com and any services we provide directly to operators. It does not cover end-player data inside operator-branded products — that is governed by each operator's own privacy notice.

1. Who we are

Wiztech Group (“Wiztech”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. Our registered office is Ayiou Athanasiou 10, Ksenos Building Office 401, 4105, Limassol, Cyprus.

2. What we collect

Contact form data — name, work email, organisation, free-text message — used to respond to your enquiry.
Cookie preferences — your accept/reject choice, stored locally in your browser only.
Server logs — IP address, user agent, request path and time. Retained for security and abuse detection for up to 30 days.

3. Legal bases

We rely on (i) legitimate interest for responding to inbound business enquiries and protecting the site from abuse, and (ii) consent for any analytics that go beyond strictly necessary cookies.

4. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We share it with a small set of sub-processors — hosting (Vercel / Cloudflare), email (Google Workspace), and the 3D scene CDN (Spline) — solely to deliver this site. A full sub-processor list is available on request.

5. International transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your personal data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@wiztechgroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Retention

Contact-form data is retained for up to 24 months from the date of last activity, unless a contractual relationship is established. Server logs are retained for up to 30 days.

8. Children

This site is intended for B2B audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date below reflects the most recent change.
