Wiztech Group was founded in 2021 by senior professionals with extensive experience running live casino and sportsbook operations. The objective was to consolidate the four or five vendors most operators integrate into a single, unified platform engineered to perform better than the sum of its parts.
Our story
The platform we set out to build.
The founders spent years inside Tier-1 operator businesses and consistently reached the same conclusion: the iGaming software market is dominated by vendors who excel in one area while extending into adjacent capabilities through acquisition or bolt-on integration. The casino platform is one vendor; the sportsbook is another; the aggregator is a third; the CRM is a fourth; and consolidated reporting often relies on manual workflows.
The principal cost is not the licence fees. It is integration debt, delayed launches and the operational overhead of teams reconciling data across systems rather than investing in growth.
Wiztech is the platform we wanted to procure and could not find. Casino, sportsbook and aggregator operating on the same wallet, the same risk engine, the same back office and the same audit log. One vendor, one contract and one accountable team.
Development began in 2021. Cyprus was selected as the company’s base because the regulated iGaming industry has a strong operational presence in Limassol, and the local engineering community has the experience to support the platform at scale.

Operator-first engineering
Our senior engineers and product managers have run or built live casino operations. Every product decision is informed by direct experience of operator workflows, not theoretical use cases.
Ship, measure, iterate
Features are released behind feature flags and monitored continuously. Each capability is evaluated against measurable operator outcomes within its first quarter, and retired if it does not deliver value.
Compliance as a first-class concern
Regulatory feedback is incorporated into the product roadmap and addressed within each audit cycle. Compliance is engineered into the platform, not appended to it.
Transparent partnerships
Operator data remains exportable in standard formats, the platform is fully documented, and contractual exits are clean. Our renewals are earned through performance, not commercial lock-in.

Company founded
Wiztech Group was established by senior operators from Tier-1 iGaming businesses to build a consolidated platform purpose-built for regulated operators.
- 2022
First operator deployments
Initial casino platform launched with three operator partners, all in regulated European markets.
- 2023
Sportsbook and aggregator capabilities
Integration framework extended to leading sportsbook providers and the game aggregator gateway reached more than twenty studios.
- 2024
Series A and Cyprus headquarters
Capital raised to scale the operator roster. The Limassol headquarters was formally established and a dedicated information-security programme was put in place.
- 2025
Turnkey and White Label routes
Two distinct commercial routes to market for operators. More than forty game and payment providers integrated end-to-end.
- Present day
Licensed in South Africa and Mexico
The platform supports casino, sportsbook and aggregator operations under Wiztech operating licences in South Africa and Mexico, with new markets and partners added every quarter.
